I went to my first Homespun Party on Sunday. It was the best time. All my knitting buddies were there and there was yarn and crocheting and knitting and beautiful weather and beads and NONI. My excitement was almost like the first time I walked in Stitches in Valley Forge, Pa. And Savage Mill is just gorgeous. It has everything you could want including food, beer & wine.
Hats off to the Ralvery team for putting this together and shame on me for never going before Sunday.
What did I buy ... from Neighborhood Fiber Co, I bought two skeins of Cooper Place and two skeins of L'Fant Plaza to go with two skeins of a similar colr I bought from BrookFarms last year at Sheep & Wool. In my head i am designing a shadow knitting style Kimono. It might make it to paper this summer, now that i think I have enough yarn to finish.
